Rory’s professional background includes an extensive banking career spanning 34 years ranging from Personal banking, Business banking and Private Banking to Senior Management in Westpac, AMP Bank, NAB and BankWest. During this period Rory developed and built Relationship Management Teams and Private Banking on a culture of customer centricity.
Rory joins de Vries Tayeh bringing his skills set to develop and enhance our client / referrer relationship to build a strong collegial business model.
To balance his professional life Rory enjoys quality time with his family and still plays cricket and touch football with his 3 sons as well as being an active member within various charitable communities. Rory recently was involved in the establishment of the inaugural Special Olympics Cup game between the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs and the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
Rory has an undergraduate degree in Economics. Holds Directorships with the Manly Warringah District Football Club and Campbelltown Collegians Cricket Club Inc as Treasurer for past 3 years.
