In June 1998 Riad was approached by the shareholders of a group of related companies with national production facilities in Australia which employed over 600 staff.
The group needed organisational restructure, production cost cutting, implementation of best practice accounting processes, and a marketing strategy. Riad, as CEO, achieved exceptional sustainable growth beyond the owners' expectations.
Riad has also assisted various companies in restructuring, obtaining equity, acquiring businesses, and exit strategies.
He joined Antony de Vries in partnership in February 2002. Riad brought considerable commercial acumen and insolvency experience to de Vries Tayeh.
