Turnaround Management
A company can face financial distress as a result of a number of factors – market failure, changes in demand from consumers, poor management decisions, and even fiscal fraud. This presents a unique set of challenges to management to turn looming failure into sustained growth and profitability and requires specialist turnaround consultants to assist in the process.
Pre-Lending Reviews
Pre-Lending Reviews are generally carried out at the request of a financier, with the aim of assessing the risks associated with providing or refinancing debt to a client.
Litigation Support
Litigation support can be defined as any professional assistance that non-lawyers provide to lawyers (or other parties) in the litigation process. It involves forensic accounting, investigative accounting, auditing and tax determinations, provision of expert testimony, or financial valuations in dispute situations. Sometimes the assignment has not reached a litigation stage and we are asked to intercede in an attempt to resolve a situation.
Investigating Accountant's Reports
While Investigating Accountant’s Reports (or “IAR”) can cover a multitude of areas, their main purpose is for an independent person to report on particular concerns raised, generally by a lender or investor. These concerns are generally in relation to the financial position of a company, past or projected, and often focus on the value of security that creditors may have in relation to their debts.

Due Diligence
Due Diligence is a process through which a potential acquirer evaluates a target firm for acquisition.
